Delivery, Terms & Conditions

Delivery

Delivery Time

Finished items held in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 days using an overnight courier. If we do not have a finished model in stock then delivery may take anywhere between 2 weeks up to 10 weeks depending on what parts we have available or in progress to complete your order.

If you have a delivery deadline - e.g. a birthday or anniversary, then please use the contact us page and we will do everything possible to meet your deadline.

Bespoke items can take over 3 months from start to finish, again there are many variables so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Delivery Costs

UK Mainland Delivery - This is included in the quoted price on the website.

International Deliveries - Courier prices will be added to your basket at checkout once the delivery address is confirmed. We use a range of couriers - UPS, FedEx, DHL and DPD, depending on which country the goods are being delivered. Most International deliveries (EU and USA) are overnight with others generally being delivered in 1-3 days.

PAYMENT
The price for our products will be the price indicated when you press “Confirm Order” on the checkout page when placing your order, or the price stated in our confirmation email following your order. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to delay taking card payments until an order is ready to ship so your order now needs to be paid in full at the time of ordering irrespective of delivery time. Bespoke or Special Orders will require an initial deposit before any work can begin - this will be made clear at the quotation stage. In the event of a discrepancy or an error in our online prices we will either contact you to refund or take payment for the difference or otherwise the order will be refunded in full.

Method of payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and all major debit and credit cards. If you are shopping from outside the U.K, your card provider will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Payment to Lejeune can be made through the website by debit or credit card. Alternatively, we accept payment by bank transfer or cheque (subject to limits and conditions). Please contact us when making an order if you wish to use one of these alternative payment methods.

For the secure processing of your payment, we use the Stripe payment gateway and bank transfers to our company account.

Value Added Tax: All prices include UK VAT at the appropriate prevailing rate. International orders are not subject to UK VAT.

All personal information supplied by you, including credit card numbers and contact details, is safeguarded on secure servers. A receipt will be dispatched along with your order or sent separately to the billing address if this differs to the shipping address.

Payment is required in full prior to delivery. Any failure to comply with payment terms will incur interest charges of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, from the payment due date until the date of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any sale if payment terms are breached. Any deposit agreed and paid to reserve or secure an item will be non-refundable in the case that the order is subsequently cancelled.

Full legal title to the items will not pass until payment is received in full in cleared funds.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR CONSUMERS
The following clause only applies if you are a consumer.

Any defective goods or discrepancy noted need to be notified as soon as possible to Louis Lejeune Ltd., Wilburton, Ely, Cambs. CB6 3RA.
